Terms & Conditions


  • Fill in our contact form to receive a free quote.

  • All quotes are not bookings until the quote has been accepted and the deposit paid in full.

  • Once your quote is accepted a 50% deposit is required to be paid before any design work or printing begins.

  • The balance is due within 7 days once order has been completed.

  • Payments can be made by either Credit Card or Direct Credit (account details provided on invoices).


  • There is a 25% non-refundable charge for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of payment and a non-refundable 50% deposit for bookings cancelled after 24 hours of payment.

  • Should Covid-19 disrupt your event but printing has already commenced, Windmill Press will offer a 10% discount if you wish to reprint them at a later date and transfer your deposit. If you decide not to rebook your deposit is non-refundable.


  • Any design ordered from a picture or photo, of a product produced by any other designer or printer, can only be reproduced by Windmill Press as our interpretation of that product and will NOT be an exact reproduction of the product.

  • Because letterpress printing is a hand-made product the ink colour may vary slightly from print-to-print.

  • If there is an issue with your items , please inform Windmill Press within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • All artwork designed by Windmill Press is the property of Windmill Press.

  • Windmill Press has the rights to photograph all printed material for use on social media or website. No personal information or wedding locations and dates will be uploaded online by Windmill Press until after the day of event.
